Every project follows the same four steps. The size of each step changes with the project; the order does not.

2. Experience and interface. UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes, designed around what your users actually need. Design stays a step ahead of engineering, so nobody waits for a screen.
3. Development. Clean front-end and back-end code, CI/CD, QA, and a release process you can count on. You see a new build every day, not every month.
4. Growth and optimization. We stay after launch to read the data, refine features, and keep the product improving.

Code that holds up from version one to version ten

A web app is never finished at launch. The first release is the smallest version of the product that will ever exist, so we build it on a codebase that can take the next nine releases without a rewrite.

In practice that means a few habits we do not skip, even when the deadline is close: automated build and deployment (CI/CD), QA before anything reaches your users, documentation written while the decisions are fresh, and a clean handover so your own team can take over whenever you want. • TwoSprint is an AI product development platform on the web. It turns an idea into a structured product plan, a design system, and tasks, then builds from that plan.
