What 2Sprint is

2Sprint is a fixed two-week project that takes a new product from idea to a production-ready iOS and Android app. It is not a rushed project. It is a normal project with the waiting taken out: no discovery phase that drifts for a month, no handoff that sits in someone’s inbox, no big reveal at the end.

Most product delays are not engineering delays. They are decisions that wait for a person, and scope that grew because nobody had to choose. A hard limit forces the choosing early. When time is the one thing you cannot add, scope becomes a conversation on day one instead of a surprise on day thirty.

How the 14 days work

  1. Days 1 to 3: plan. A business and finance plan, not screens first. We test the idea, size the market, map competitors, and model the numbers, so you only build what is worth building.
  2. Days 4 to 10: design and build. A dedicated senior squad designs and ships your product in daily increments: UX flows, the interface, and the iOS and Android app, with a new build every day.
  3. Days 11 to 13: QA and store prep. Testing on real devices, a performance pass, and every store asset and review note, so launch day stays calm.
  4. Day 14: ready for the stores. A production build for the App Store and Google Play, submitted or ready for you to submit, plus a clean handover.

The full calendar, including what happens on each day, is in how a two-week sprint actually works, day by day.

What you get

  • A plan you can pitch. A business and finance plan with market sizing, pricing, and a roadmap investors can follow.
  • A product you can publish. iOS and Android apps, tested and ready for the App Store and Google Play.
  • A team that is only yours. Senior designers and engineers dedicated to your project for the full two weeks. No juniors, no juggling.
  • 2Sprint, fully unlocked. A full subscription to our AI product workspace. It plans sprints, writes specs, tracks delivery in real time, and explains any decision in plain language. You keep your access after launch.

We stay with you the whole way: one shared channel, daily check-ins, and nothing lost between handoffs. The workspace itself is documented in the TwoSprint case study.

What we need from you

A sprint is fast because both sides move fast. Four things matter more than anything else:

  1. One decision maker who can say yes the same day.
  2. Quick answers, ideally within one working day.
  3. Access to brand assets, accounts, and any APIs we will connect to.
  4. A willingness to cut scope when the plan says something does not fit.

Price, and when a sprint is the wrong tool

2Sprint starts at $5,000. The final price depends on the scope we agree on the call, and all contracts and payments are in US dollars, under US, UK, or UAE law.

Some products are bigger than 14 days, and that is fine. If the scope is large, or the work depends on systems that are not documented yet, a sprint is still a good way to validate the first release. After that we continue under a fixed-price, time and materials, or dedicated-team arrangement, whichever fits. See mobile app development and web app development for longer projects.

Two weeks. One senior squad. Everything you need to launch.

Questions

Does the store review fit inside the 14 days?

Day 14 ends with a production build, submitted or ready for you to submit. The review itself runs on the stores’ clock, outside the sprint, so we remove every avoidable reason for a rejection first.

How will I know where the project stands?

You get updates every day and a shared channel with the team. In 2Sprint you can follow progress yourself, see every task we complete, and ask why any decision was made.

What happens after the two weeks?

You keep your access to 2Sprint, and growth support is there if you want it. Larger products continue under a fixed-price, time and materials, or dedicated-team arrangement.
